EARLY CHILDHOOD (TK/K) AND GRADES 1-8
The tour is designed to show the range of the Waldorf curriculum from Early Childhood through Middle School. In consideration of others, please arrive on time and plan to complete all phases of the tour. We respect and appreciate your time so we endeavor to make your visit well worth the investment!
9:00am: Arrival, Registration & Breakfast - Sign in, make a name tag, and enjoy some coffee and complimentary breakfast
9:15am: Introduction - Learn more about the origins of Waldorf education and its 100+ year history
9:30am: Overview of our play-based Early Childhood programs
9:45am: The tour departs for a glimpse into the Early Childhood classrooms & outdoor play
10:00am: A glimpse into Grade 1 - Grade 8 to see the teachers in action with their class
10:30am: Delving into the Special Subjects and why they are so critical to critical thinking
10:50am: Q&A - Let’s talk about why we hold off social media & tech and get all your other questions answered!
11:30am Tour is complete so you’ll earn a discount code for the Application Fee (normal Application Fee $150, reduced to $100)
Window into Waldorf Classrooms
Sanderling Waldorf School serves the head, heart and hands of the growing child. Please join us for one of our TK/Kindergarten through Grade 8 tours. You will have the opportunity to tour the campus, hear in depth information about the Waldorf pedagogy, general information about the day-to-day rhythm of a Waldorf classroom and explore the beauty and wisdom of a Waldorf education.
We structure these tours for adult guests to learn more about our school and Waldorf education in a distraction-free setting. Thank you for honoring our adults-only policy.
